Ingredients
1 pizza base
1 cup pizza sauce
1 red bell pepper, sliced
1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
1 onion, sliced
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon olive oil
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Method
Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius.
Spread pizza sauce evenly on the pizza base.
Arrange the sliced red and yellow peppers along with onion on top of the sauce.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the vegetables.
Drizzle olive oil, then add oregano, salt, and pepper for extra flavor. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
