Method
1. Begin by flattening the chicken breasts with a meat mallet. Aim for an even thickness of about 1 cm.
2. Set up a breading station. Place flour in a shallow dish. In another dish, whisk the eggs. In a third dish, combine breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
3. Dip each chicken breast into the flour, shaking off excess. Then, coat it in the egg mixture, followed by the breadcrumb mixture, pressing to adhere.
4. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry the chicken for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked.
5. Serve hot with lemon wedges on the side.
