Ingredients

  • 500 g chicken breast, diced
  • 2 carrots, chopped
  • 1 cup frozen peas

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 500 ml chicken broth
  • 3 tbsp flour

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 packet biscuit mix

Method

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Cook the diced chicken until it’s browned, then add the onion, carrots, and peas.
  3. Sprinkle flour over the mixture and stir it in, cooking for another minute.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth and milk, stirring until the mixture thickens.
  5. Pour the filling into a baking dish and top with biscuit dough, then bake as per biscuit package directions.
