Ingredients
- 500 g chicken breast, diced
- 2 carrots, chopped
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 500 ml chicken broth
- 3 tbsp flour
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 cup milk
- 1 packet biscuit mix
Method
- Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Cook the diced chicken until it’s browned, then add the onion, carrots, and peas.
- Sprinkle flour over the mixture and stir it in, cooking for another minute.
- Pour in the chicken broth and milk, stirring until the mixture thickens.
- Pour the filling into a baking dish and top with biscuit dough, then bake as per biscuit package directions.
