Ingredients
– 500 g chicken, cut into small pieces
– 2 tablespoons oil
– 1 medium onion, sliced
– 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
– 2 green chilies, slit
– 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
– 1 teaspoon garam masala
– Salt, to taste
– Fresh curry leaves
– Coriander leaves, for garnish
Method
1. Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
2. Add sliced onion and sauté until golden brown.
3. Stir in ginger-garlic paste and green chilies. Cook for about one minute.
4. Add chicken pieces, salt, black pepper, and garam masala. Cook until the chicken is fully cooked, stirring occasionally.
5. Add fresh curry leaves and garnish with chopped coriander leaves before serving.
