Ingredients
– 500 g chicken liver
– 2 tablespoons oil
– 1 onion, chopped
– 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
– 2 green chilies, slit open
– 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
– 1 teaspoon red chili powder
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 2 teaspoons lemon juice
– Fresh coriander for garnish
Method
1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add chopped onion and sauté until it turns golden brown.
3. Stir in ginger-garlic paste and green chilies. Cook for a few minutes until fragrant.
4. Mix in turmeric and red chili powders along with salt. Add chicken liver and cook for about 10 minutes until it is fully done.
5. Drizzle lemon juice on top and decorate with fresh coriander before serving.
