Delicious Chicken Liver And Gizzard In Savory Oyster Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

– 500 g chicken liver
– 300 g chicken gizzard
– 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
– 1 tablespoon soy sauce
– 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 medium onion, sliced
– 1 bell pepper, sliced
– 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
– 1/4 cup water

Method

1. Rinse the chicken liver and gizzard under cold water. Cut the gizzard into small pieces.
2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sliced onion, cooking until fragrant.
3. Add the chicken gizzard pieces to the pan, stirring occasionally for about 5 minutes.
4. Stir in the chicken liver, bell pepper, oyster sauce, soy sauce, black pepper, and water. Mix all ingredients well.
5. Cover the pan and let it simmer for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally until the liver is fully cooked.
