Ingredients
– 4 chicken breasts, diced
– 200g cooked ham, shredded
– 200g Swiss cheese, shredded
– 1 cup breadcrumbs
– 2 cups milk
– 1 cup heavy cream
– 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Fresh parsley for garnish
Method
1. Preheat your oven to 180°C. Grease a baking dish with olive oil.
2. In a bowl, combine the diced chicken, shredded ham, and half of the shredded cheese. Mix well.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, heavy cream, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Pour this mixture over the chicken and ham.
4. Spread breadcrumbs on top of the mixture evenly. Add the remaining cheese over the breadcrumbs.
5. Bake for 35-40 minutes until the top is golden brown and bubbly. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
