Chicken Chow Mein Recipe for a Family of 4
Ingredients
400 g chicken breast, sliced
2 cups coleslaw mix
2 cups egg noodles
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 green onions, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ginger, grated
Method
1. Cook egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
3. Add the chicken slices and stir-fry until cooked through, about 5 minutes.
4. Mix in garlic, ginger, and coleslaw, then stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.
5. Stir in the cooked noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and green onions. Toss well to combine.
