Ingredients
– 500 g chicken breast, diced
– 1 can (400 g) cream of mushroom soup
– 250 ml chicken stock
– 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
– 2 cups cooked rice
– 1 cup grated cheese
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon onion powder
– 1 teaspoon paprika
– Salt and pepper to taste
Method
1. Preheat your oven to 180°C.
2. In a large bowl, mix the diced chicken, cream of mushroom soup, chicken stock, and spices together.
3. Add the frozen mixed vegetables and cooked rice to the bowl. Stir until everything is well combined.
4. Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and spread it evenly. Top with grated cheese.
5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is golden.
