Ingredients
– 500g beef steak, sliced thin
– 1 large onion, sliced into rings
– 1/4 cup soy sauce
– 1/4 cup vinegar
– 1/2 cup beef broth
– 2 tablespoons cooking oil
– 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
– 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
– Salt to taste
– 1 bay leaf
Method
1. Begin by marinating the beef in soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, and black pepper for at least 30 minutes.
2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat, then cook the onion rings until translucent. Remove and set aside.
3. In the same pan, cook the marinated beef until browned on both sides.
4. Add the beef broth, bay leaf, and salt. Simmer for around 30 minutes until the beef is tender.
5. Finally, return the cooked onions to the pan. Mix everything together and serve.
