Ingredients
– 600 g chicken, cut into slices
– 60 ml soy sauce
– 1 medium onion, sliced
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tsp pepper
– 240 ml water
– 2 tbsp cooking oil
– 2 medium tomatoes, sliced
– 1 tbsp vinegar
– 1 tsp salt
Method
1. Marinate the chicken in soy sauce, pepper, and garlic for 30 minutes.
2. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the chicken until golden brown.
3. Remove chicken and sauté the onions and tomatoes in the same pan until soft.
4. Add the chicken back to the pan along with water, vinegar, and salt.
5. Simmer for 15-20 minutes until the sauce thickens.
