Ingredients
- 500g chicken breast, cut into pieces
- 2 apples, cored and sliced

- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tbsp honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup green beans, trimmed
Method
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
- Add the chicken pieces and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the onion and garlic, cooking until the onion is soft.
- Pour in the chicken broth and honey, then add the thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Mix in the apples and green beans, then simmer until everything is cooked through, about 10 minutes.
