Ingredients
– 4 chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
– 2 medium apples, sliced

– 1/2 cup chicken broth

– Pepper, to taste
Method
1. Start by heating olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the chicken thighs to the pan. Cook them until they are golden brown, about 5 minutes on each side. Remove and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add the chopped onion and sliced apples. Sauté for about 4 minutes until they soften slightly.
4. Pour in the chicken broth and apple cider vinegar. Stir in the brown sugar and thyme.
5. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and simmer for 10 minutes until everything is cooked through.
