Ingredients
– 300g penne pasta
– 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
– 1 cup heavy cream
– 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 2 tablespoons butter

– 1/4 teaspoon Italian herbs
– Fresh parsley, for garnish
Method
1. Start by cooking the penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain it well once done.
2. Melt butter in a large pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute.
3. Pour in the heavy cream and stir it well with the butter and garlic. Allow it to cook for about 2 minutes.
4. Mix in the Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and herbs. Stir until the cheese has melted and the sauce is smooth.
5. Add the cooked pasta and shredded chicken to the sauce. Toss everything until coated. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
