Ingredients
– 2 cups all-purpose flour

– 3/4 cup warm water
– 1 tbsp olive oil
– 1 egg (for egg wash)

Method
1. Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, mix together flour, chia seeds, yeast, salt, and sugar.
3. Pour warm water and olive oil into the dry ingredients. Stir until a dough forms.
