Ingredients
500 g mushrooms, sliced
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 onion, finely chopped
3 green chilies, chopped
1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
1 teaspoon black pepper powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
Salt to taste
Method
Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds; let them sizzle for a few seconds.
Stir in the chopped onion and green chilies. Cook until the onions turn golden brown.
Mix in ginger-garlic paste, black pepper powder, and turmeric powder; cook for 2 more minutes.
Finally, add the sliced mushrooms and salt. Cook until the mushrooms are tender, about 5-7 minutes.
