Method
1. Place the cooked chestnuts, tahini, lemon juice, minced garlic, cumin, and salt into a food processor.
2. Blend these ingredients together until smooth.
3. Add water gradually while continuing to blend, reaching a creamy consistency.
4. Drizzle in olive oil while blending for added richness.
5. Transfer to a serving bowl and sprinkle with chopped parsley and thyme.
