Ingredients
– 250 g elbow macaroni
– 1 can (400 g) condensed milk
– 1 cup grated cheese
– 1 cup shredded cooked chicken
– 1 small onion, chopped
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 2 tablespoons butter
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
– 1 cup bread crumbs
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
2. Cook the elbow macaroni according to the package directions. Drain the pasta and set aside.
3. In a large pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, sauté until soft.
4. Mix in the cooked chicken, condensed milk, salt, and pepper. Stir well. Add the macaroni and half the grated cheese. Combine everything.
5. Transfer the mixture into a baking dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese and bread crumbs on top. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden.
