Method
1. Start by preheating the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
2. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
3. Next, add the sour cream and heavy cream to the mixture, stirring until completely blended.
4. Pour the filling into the pie crust and spread it evenly.
5. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Allow it to cool then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
