Ingredients
– 400 g pasta
– 500 g ground beef
– 1 onion, chopped
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 cup beef broth
– 1 cup milk
– 2 cups shredded cheese
– 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
– 1 teaspoon mustard
– Salt and pepper to taste
Method
1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large pan, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until soft.
3. Stir in minced garlic and cook for another minute. Add the Worcestershire sauce, mustard, beef broth, and milk.
4. Mix in the cooked pasta and half of the cheese. Stir until everything is well combined.
5. Top with the remaining cheese, cover, and let it melt for a few minutes before serving.
