Ingredients

Method
1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
2. Cut the broccoli into bite-sized pieces and toss them with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
3. Place the broccoli on the grill for about 5 to 7 minutes, turning until charred and tender.
4. In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard until smooth.
5. Combine the grilled broccoli with the dressing and top with parmesan cheese before serving.
