Ingredients
– 1 bunch of celery, chopped
– 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
– 1 carrot, julienned
– 1 red bell pepper, sliced
– 2 tablespoons soy sauce
– 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
– 1 teaspoon sesame oil
– 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Method
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
2. Add garlic and ginger; stir-fry for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
3. Toss in the chopped celery, carrot, and red bell pepper; cook for 5 minutes.
4. Pour in the soy sauce and rice vinegar; mix well and cook for another 2 minutes.
5. Drizzle with sesame oil and sprinkle sesame seeds over the top before serving.
