Ingredients
– 1 cup cauliflower florets
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 cup vegetable broth
– 1 cup milk
– 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
– 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
– 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Method
1. Steam the cauliflower until it’s soft, about 10 minutes.
2. In a blender, combine the steamed cauliflower, olive oil, and minced garlic.
3. Add vegetable broth, milk, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, and nutmeg to the blender. Blend until smooth.
4. Pour the sauce into a saucepan and warm it over medium heat for a few minutes.
5. Serve the sauce over your favorite pasta and top with parsley.
