Ingredients
– 1 medium cauliflower
– 1 cup sour cream
– 1 cup shredded cheese

– 1/4 teaspoon pepper
– 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Method
1. Preheat the oven to 190°C.
2. Cut the cauliflower into small florets and steam them for about 5 minutes until tender.
3. In a large bowl, mix the sour cream, shredded cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
4. Add the steamed cauliflower to the mixture, stirring well to coat the florets.
5. Transfer everything to a baking dish. In a separate bowl, combine breadcrumbs and olive oil. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mix over the casserole. Bake for 25 minutes until golden brown.
