Ingredients
– 1 medium cauliflower, cut into florets

Method
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Grease a baking dish with olive oil.
2. In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to coat the florets.
3. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined. Pour this mixture over the cauliflower and mix again.
4. Top the coated cauliflower with breadcrumbs and shredded cheese evenly.
5. Bake for about 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
