4 cups milk

Method
Start by soaking the rice in water for 30 minutes.
Boil the milk in a saucepan on medium heat.
Add grated carrots and soaked rice to the boiling milk.
Cook the mixture for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in sugar, cardamom powder, ghee, nuts, raisins, and saffron.
