Ingredients
– 4 large potatoes
– 500 g beef steak
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
– 1 teaspoon cumin
– 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 100 g shredded cheese
– 1 avocado
– 100 g sour cream
– Fresh coriander
Method
1. Preheat your oven to 220°C. Cut the potatoes into thin fries and place them on a baking tray. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until they are crispy.
2. While the fries cook, season the beef steak with cumin, smoked paprika, garlic powder, and some salt. Heat a frying pan over medium-high heat and cook the steak for about 5 minutes on each side or until cooked to your liking.
3. Once cooked, remove the steak from the pan and let it rest for a few minutes. When ready, slice it into thin strips.
4. Mash the avocado in a bowl and season with salt.
5. To serve, place the crispy fries on a plate. Top with sliced steak, shredded cheese, avocado, sour cream, and fresh coriander. Enjoy your delicious meal.
