4 medium potatoes
500 g beef steak

1 cup shredded cheese

Method

1. Preheat the oven to 220°C. Cut the potatoes into thin wedges. Spread the wedges on a baking tray, drizzle olive oil, and season with salt. Bake for 30-35 minutes until crispy.
