Ingredients
– 500 ml cream
– 1 cup milk
– 100 g sugar
– 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
– 3 teaspoons gelatin powder
– 5 tablespoons cold water
– 1 cup caramel sauce
Method
1. Pour the cream, milk, and sugar into a saucepan. Heat gently until the sugar fully dissolves.
2. Add the vanilla extract and stir well. Remove the saucepan from heat.
3. In a small bowl, combine the gelatin powder with cold water. Let it sit for about 5 minutes to bloom.
4. Once the gelatin has bloomed, add it to the cream mixture. Stir until completely dissolved.
5. Pour the mixture into dessert cups and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Once set, drizzle caramel sauce on top before serving.
