1 cup pasta sauce

Method
Start by preheating your oven to 180°C (350°F).
In a large bowl, combine the drained tuna, breadcrumbs, egg, grated cheese, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
Mix everything together until it forms a thick mixture.
