Ingredients
– 450 g bacon, chopped
– 4 cups potatoes, diced

– 240 ml chicken broth

Method
1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and butter over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped bacon and cook until it starts to get crispy.
3. Stir in the diced potatoes and onion. Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Mix in the chopped cabbage, minced garlic, chicken broth, salt, and pepper. Cover the skillet and cook for another 15-20 minutes until the potatoes are tender.
5. Remove the lid and stir everything well before serving.
