Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh blueberries

Method
- Preheat your oven to 180°C and grease a baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine the butter and sugar until the mixture is light and fluffy.
- Add in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the buttermilk and vanilla extract.
- Mix together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl, then slowly add to the wet ingredients.
- Fold in the blueberries gently and pour the batter into the prepared dish. Bake for about 30-40 minutes until golden brown.
