Ingredients
– 2 cups all-purpose flour
– 1 cup chopped pecans
– 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
– 1/2 cup brown sugar
– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1 package cream cheese
– 1/2 cup powdered sugar
– 1/4 cup milk
– 1/2 cup caramel sauce
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
2. In a bowl, mix flour, chopped pecans, butter, brown sugar, vanilla, and salt until well combined.
3. Shape the mixture into small balls and place them on the tray. Make a small indentation in the center of each ball.
4. In another bowl, beat cream cheese with powdered sugar and milk until creamy. Spoon it into the indents on the biscuits.
5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden. Drizzle with caramel sauce before serving.
