Ingredients

Method
1. Start by washing the butter lettuce carefully. Tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large bowl.
2. Add the diced avocado, sliced cucumber, and halved cherry tomatoes to the bowl.
3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
4. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and gently toss everything together until well combined.
5. Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese on top and serve immediately.
