Ingredients
250 g pasta
500 ml water
2 tablespoons olive oil
5 cloves garlic, minced
200 g mushrooms, sliced
¼ teaspoon red chili flakes
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
50 g grated cheese
Method
Boil the water in a large pot.
Add pasta and cook according to package instructions.
In a separate pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
Sauté garlic until golden brown, then add mushrooms and chili flakes.
Mix in the cooked pasta, seasoning with salt and pepper. Top with parsley and cheese before serving.
