Ingredients
– 3 tablespoons olive oil
– 4 small onions, chopped
– 4 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 head broccoli, cut into florets
– 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
– ½ teaspoon salt
– ¼ teaspoon black pepper
– 1 tablespoon lemon juice
– 50 ml vegetable broth
Method
1. Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
2. Add the chopped onions and cook until they start to turn golden brown, which should take about 5 minutes.
3. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
4. Add the broccoli florets and vegetable broth to the pan. Stir well and cover, allowing them to steam for about 5 minutes.
5. Remove the lid and add the dill, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Mix everything together and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
