Ingredients
– 2 tablespoons of oil
– 4 small onions, chopped
– 6 cloves of garlic, minced
– 250 g of broccoli, chopped
– 1 bunch of dill, chopped
– Salt, to taste
– Pepper, to taste
– 30 ml of soy sauce
– 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
– 1 tablespoon of sesame seeds
Method
1. Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
2. Add chopped onions to the pan and cook for about 5 minutes until they are soft.
3. Stir in minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
4. Mix in the chopped broccoli and cook for about 3 to 4 minutes.
5. Add dill, soy sauce, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
