Ingredients
– 500 ml of coconut milk
– 200 ml of water
– 50 g of sugar
– 2 tablespoons of gelatin powder
– 100 g of nata de coco
– 2 tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk
– 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
– A pinch of salt
– Fresh fruit for topping (like mango or strawberries)
Method
1. Combine the coconut milk, water, sugar, and salt in a pot. Stir over medium heat until the sugar dissolves completely.
2. Sprinkle the gelatin powder over the warm mixture. Stir until the gelatin fully dissolves. Remove from heat.
3. Add vanilla extract and sweetened condensed milk. Mix well to combine everything smoothly.
4. Pour the mixture into serving cups and let them cool to room temperature. Next, place in the fridge for at least 4 hours until set.
5. Before serving, top the jelly with nata de coco and fresh fruit. Enjoy your delicious treat!
