Ingredients
– 500g ground chicken
– 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
– 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
– 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
– 1/2 tsp garlic powder
– 1/2 tsp onion powder
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
– 4 rolls
– 1 cup lettuce
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
2. In a large bowl, mix the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, parmesan, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt together until well combined.
3. Shape the mixture into small meatballs, about 2.5 cm in diameter.
4. Place the meatballs on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
5. Serve the meatballs in rolls topped with buffalo sauce and lettuce.
