Ingredients
– 500g chicken mince
– 1 cup breadcrumbs
– 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
– 1 large egg
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– 1 tsp onion powder
– 1 tsp salt
– 1 tsp black pepper
– 4 burger buns
– Lettuce and tomato for serving
Method
1. In a large bowl, mix the chicken mince, breadcrumbs, buffalo sauce, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
2. Form the mixture into 4 equal patties.
3. Heat a pan over medium heat and cook each patty for about 5-6 minutes per side until fully cooked.
4. Toast the burger buns lightly in the same pan.
5. Serve each patty on a bun with lettuce and tomato.
