– 1 cup hot sauce
– 2 tablespoons melted butter
– 1 tablespoon maple syrup
– Fresh parsley for garnish

Method

1. Preheat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius and line a baking tray with paper.
2. In a large bowl, mix the flour, garlic powder, paprika, and salt.
3. Pour in the plant-based milk, stirring until smooth.
4. Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, then place them on the tray. Bake for 20 minutes until golden.
5. Combine the hot sauce, melted butter, and maple syrup in a separate bowl. Toss the baked cauliflower in this mixture. Return to the oven for another 10 minutes.
