Ingredients
– 500 g Brussels sprouts, halved
– 60 ml unsalted butter
– 2 tablespoons gochujang
– 1 tablespoon honey
– 1 tablespoon soy sauce
– 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
– 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
– 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
– 1 spring onion, thinly sliced
– Salt, to taste
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
2. Toss Brussels sprouts with a little olive oil and salt, then spread them out on a baking tray.
3. Roast in the oven for about 20 to 25 minutes until they are golden brown.
4. While the sprouts are cooking, melt the butter in a saucepan. Stir in gochujang, honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger until smooth.
5. Once the Brussels sprouts are ready, drizzle the gochujang butter over them. Top with sesame seeds and spring onion before serving.
