Ingredients
– 500 g Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
– 2 cups breadcrumbs
– 1 cup cream
– 1 cup grated cheese
– 1 medium onion, chopped
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 2 tablespoons butter
– 1 teaspoon salt
– ½ teaspoon black pepper
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
2. Heat the olive oil in a pan and sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until they are soft.
3. Combine the Brussels sprouts with the sautéed mixture, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
4. Pour the cream over the mixture and stir well. Then, transfer everything to a baking dish and top with breadcrumbs and grated cheese.
5. Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
