Delicious Broken Wheat Dalia Recipe: Nutritious & Easy To Make

Ingredients
1 cup broken wheat (dalia)
2 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
1 medium onion, chopped
1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
1 medium tomato, chopped
2 cups water
Salt to taste
1/2 cup peas (fresh or frozen)
Chopped coriander for garnish

Method
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds. Mix in the chopped onion and sauté until golden brown. Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and chopped tomato, cooking until the tomato is soft. Add broken wheat, water, peas, and salt. Cover and cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes, until the wheat is cooked through. Garnish with chopped coriander before serving.
