Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (about 500g total)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- 1 lemon, sliced
- Fresh herbs, for garnish (optional)
Method
- Preheat your oven’s broiler to high and line a baking tray with foil.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper.
- Place the salmon fillets on the prepared tray and brush them with the sauce mixture.
- Add lemon slices on top of the fillets for extra flavor.
- Broil for about 8-10 minutes, until the salmon is cooked through and slightly charred.
