Delicious Broiled Salmon Recipe: Quick & Easy Weeknight Dinner

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (about 500g total)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • Fresh herbs, for garnish (optional)

Method

  1. Preheat your oven’s broiler to high and line a baking tray with foil.
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared tray and brush them with the sauce mixture.
  4. Add lemon slices on top of the fillets for extra flavor.
  5. Broil for about 8-10 minutes, until the salmon is cooked through and slightly charred.
