Ingredients
- 2 cups of whole wheat flour
- 1 cup of finely chopped broccoli
- 1/2 cup of grated cheese
- 1 teaspoon of cumin powder
- 1 teaspoon of chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- Water as needed
- Oil for cooking
- 1 tablespoon of finely chopped onion (optional)
- 1 tablespoon of finely chopped coriander (optional)
Method
1. Combine whole wheat flour, salt, cumin, and chili powder in a bowl. Add chopped broccoli and cheese. Mix everything well.
2. Gradually add water and knead the mixture into a soft dough. Keep it covered for about 15 minutes.
3. Divide the dough into equal balls. Roll each ball into a flat circle using a rolling pin.
4. Heat a few drops of oil in a non-stick frying pan over medium heat. Cook each paratha for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
5. Serve the hot parathas with yogurt or chutney. Enjoy your meal!
