Ingredients
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 cup finely chopped broccoli
- 1/2 cup grated cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons plain yogurt
- 1/4 cup water (as needed)
- Oil for cooking
- 1 tablespoon chopped coriander (optional)
Method
- Mix the whole wheat flour, salt, cumin powder, and chili powder in a bowl.
- Add yogurt and combine until crumbly. Gradually add water to form a soft dough.
- In a separate bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, cheese, and coriander if using.
- Divide the dough into equal portions, flatten each ball, and fill with the broccoli mix. Pinch to seal.
- Roll out gently and cook on a pan with a little oil. Cook until both sides are golden brown.
