Ingredients

Method
1. Start by washing the broccoli florets then boiling them in water for about 3 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process.
2. Place the cooled broccoli in a large bowl. Add the halved cherry tomatoes, diced red onion, and crumbled feta cheese.
3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper until combined.
4. Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and gently toss everything together until evenly coated.
5. Lastly, sprinkle the toasted sunflower seeds or almonds on top before serving.
