Ingredients
– 400 g ricotta cheese
– 2 cups spinach, chopped
– 4 large eggs
– 1 cup milk
– 1 cup breadcrumbs
– 1 cup grated cheese
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 tablespoon olive oil
Method
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease a baking dish with olive oil.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, chopped spinach, eggs, and milk. Stir well until everything is mixed.
3. Add salt, black pepper, and garlic powder to the mixture and mix again.
4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Spread breadcrumbs and grated cheese on top.
5. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown. Let it cool slightly before serving.
