Ingredients

– ½ cup mustard

– 1 cup lettuce, shredded

– 1 tablespoon olive oil
Method
1. Begin by preheating the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook the sausages until they are nicely browned and fully cooked.
3. Slice the bread and lay it on a baking tray. Sprinkle grated cheese over each piece.
4. Bake the bread in the oven for about 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
5. Assemble the breakfast dogs by placing a sausage on a piece of cheesy bread. Top with ketchup, mustard, onions, lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles.
